 Rick is the Teaching Pastor at The Summit and has pastored churches in both Florida and Indiana. He has served as a missionary with the North American Mission Board and works as a consultant with the Florida Baptist Convention. Rick was educated at Purdue University and Luther Rice Seminary. Rick and Vicki have been married for 37 years and have three married children with five grandchildren. Rick loves working around his hayfield, building “rustic” furniture, fishing and flying airplanes. Check Out Rick's blog !  Mitch and Teresa have spent most of their ministry years in Florida but have served churches in Texas and Oklahoma as well. As a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Mitch's focus has been primarily in worship / music ministries, but has enjoyed a broad diversity of ministry opportunities. As "empty nesters" they enjoy cooking and traveling together. Their two children, a boy and girl, live in Long Beach, California and Okinawa, Japan respectively. Mitch is a hobbyist photographer and also dabbles in writing, fly fishing and hiking. Teresa enjoys a part time job in the medical field and is an amazing homemaker and hostess.
